Recently, my 13-year-old niece came home for the summer holidays. To get her productive, I searched for the top programming schools for kids and teens in Nigeria. Before we dive in, here is why your kids should acquire tech skills.

It is no secret that coding for kids is becoming the new rave in tech. In today’s technology-driven world, kids are surrounded by smartphones, video games, websites, and even robots. Coding teaches kids how digital technology works and opens their eyes to new possibilities.

Coding for kids is one of the most lucrative skills for kids in our time; children with programming skills are more likely to enjoy mathematics, develop their problem-solving skills, and increase their chances for better career opportunities.

Generally, programming schools for kids teach coding and other tech-related skills to children, preferably between the ages of 4 and 17. They provide kids with an understanding of how computers work.
